Associate and give example which you can relate with the
qualities of teacher which proves them as
Contributor Teacher or Non-Contributor Teacher
- Performing work activity well(teaching well and in an interesting manner)
- Achieving the goal (completing the syllabus on time; ensuring learning goals are met)
- Being ethical (following the principles and values of the institution and society)
- Demonstrating human concern (caring for students' overall development and self-esteem)
We mostly have discussed this in class but now you have to rank and qualify your example through this parameters and see that do they were Contributor Teacher or Non-Contributor Teacher.
I would like to have comment which should be totally personal and in that example you should be there

Some Teachers are complying about students for disturbing class and atmosphere and then they blaming on us and free from completing syllabus. On other hand one of my teacher which take the class in such way that everyone maintaining class discipline and keep concentrating on lecture. This is because he make lecture interesting and also maintain two way communication. Students are want to study well thatswhy they are there but sometimes blaming and lack of exploring of teachers make students out of way.
ReplyDeleteOne of the best example of a contributor teacher is that of the role played by the female actor in the movie "Freedom Writers Diary". In the movie the teacher teaches in a class of junior school in Long Island which a place where there is lot of racial discrimination and Violent & anti social activities goin on. The students of the same class do not sit togather or even talk to each other. Rather they hated each other to the extent that they were ready to kill each other and this was just because they belonged to different races.
ReplyDeleteIn such a class the actress is given the responsibilty to teach. She does it so well that no other teacher in previous years could do.The students of the class were not even provided with proper study material becuase of their anti social activities. Bt this new teacher made them read books about people who stood against anti social activities and racial discrimination thrugh her creative and innovative teaching methods. Not only this she also worked at two other places on part time bais so that she could buy books for her students.
All this proves that she was a great contributor teacher and had all four above mentioned qualities.
