Lately, a new Bus Driver for the Mavdi-Astha Route has been employed. Compared to the previous Drivers what makes him different is the concern he has for the Students.
Some notable lines and questions which makes him a 'Contributor':
-Has everyone arrived? Is it time to move to the next stop?
-Why are you the only one standing alone at this stop?Did you miss the bus? So today you are late, no problem get in!
-Boys if any of you is late dont try to cross the road too fast...I will wait for few minutes, so dont worry.
-Oh! there is another bus and it has few vacant seats...boy you go and sit in that bus
So, it is very clear that this person is very much concerned not only with his duty but something more. He is concerned for the students and so he always start friendly talk. He understands that if the student misses the bus he/she is going to have very hard time reaching college just because they were a minute late, and thus he always waits few extra minutes.
All the above quality certainly makes him a 'Contributor' in terms of 'doing job well','ethics' and 'concern' for the involved people. - Dr.Kets 16 January 2012 at 16:34

To show concern for others, I would like to take an example of our old admin director Mr. Ayaz Khan.
He always was concerned and worried about his students and used to conduct regular meetings with the students to know whether he/she understands whatever was taught in the class.
He always used to appreciate & encourage the students who participated in other technical events, sports or any such extracurricular activities. In a way he not only supported students to excel academically but also encouraged the students to take part in other activities apart from curriculum. So he was a “contributor” to the organization.
These are the duties of an admin director to know what the students are doing and whether their students are comfortable with the knowledge that is been provided. And by and all he performed his duty with “concern” and “ethics”.
So these qualities make him a contributor who did his “job well” and with “concern” for people around him. - MER HARDIK 16 January 2012 at 18:22

During project session some of faculties give us task like search form net or complete this any how..where some faculties try to understand if students are getting or not and guide them personally.
this makes difference between a contributor and non contributor. - siddhi desai 16 January 2012 at 20:51

He also innovates in his way of teaching & thats why students of our class dont get bored, also sir makes subject very interesting and easy to learn. He also helps us in other subjects & whenever we ask for help he tries his level best to help us in every way that is possible. Here, I would like to give an example of our parents. They fulfil all the requirements & motivating in our life. Some Family are poor than also they managing & doing all the things for their bright future. Parents they have some responsibility for their child. Also if we are wrong in our life than they show the right path. That is real life Example of CONTRIBUTER. Also i want to say that some parents are not teaching their child if she is girl... and demotivating. So that is NON-CONTRIBUTER.

Here, I would like to give an example of my father. Till 10th standard i was very good in studies but in 11th standard i got very less marks. Those days i was very upset, I couldn't concentrate on studies at all. In that situation my father had motivated me to come back towards studies. He tried his best to encourage me. He spent time with me, understood my problem and tried to find possible solution for that. And then because of him only I could get good marks in 12th and now I will be an engineer soon. so, I think he is the best example of a contributer.

According to me the real Contributor in our life is our Parents. They are the most motivating factor in our life. They make us to differentiate between good and bad. Specially my father helps me a lot in deciding many things in my life. And i am motivated by him only.So i think this would be a best example of Contributor as per my view.

According to me..one of the Contributors in my life is my Best Friends. As they all know about me and so they help me in every possible ways.I take many important decisions after negotiating with them.My best friends had proved the proverb "A friend in need is a friend in deed".
